Who am I?
My name is Daniel (you can also call me by my Vietnamese name Duc).
A results-driven Technical Marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sectors, specializing in translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for developers, engineers, and enterprise decision-makers. I possess the heart of a marketer and the brain of an engineer, enabling me to craft and execute end-to-end product marketing strategies that drive adoption and establish market leadership for innovative technical products.
I have a track record of leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals for international startups and SMEs.

I’m eager to apply my expertise in AI and automation, particularly with n8n, to scale technical product marketing efforts at n8n. My deep understanding of n8n, demonstrated through building a profitable side business around it, creating sophisticated workflow templates, and significant community contributions, underscores my passion and capability to excel in this role.
I have worked in different positions at marketing agencies, tech startups and non-profit organizations in Finland and internationally. Over the years, I have honed a quite range of hard and soft skills that enable me to navigate complex situations and solve difficult business problems to achieve the desired business outcome in this ever-changing world. It’s still a long way to go. But I’m happy I’m on the right track. And afterall, it’s not about the destination, but the journey I’m going through to become a better version of myself every day.

I’m originally from Vietnam. I used to study Mechatronics at one of the top universities in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, but one day I realized I didn’t want to become an engineer. I want to become a businessman, one who can make a meaningful, impactful contribution to the society through business and make it a better place for everyone.
In 2013, I left Vietnam to Finland for a second chance to make things right. It was the biggest, and the best decision I have ever made in my life. I’m grateful for a new life I am able to create in Finland.
I made this animated video in 2016 when I was applying for my first internship in Finland. Years has passed by since then. Many things have changed, but something remains the same. Re-watching this video makes me smile every time – to realize how far I have gone and how much I have grown – as a proffessional and as a person.
